At BodySmith Fitness, we see people all the time who are within, or are very close to, a healthy weight range, but who have succumbed to feeling negative about their body due to their environment and to the images and magazines around them.

Although the name of this guide refers to women predominantly, it applies to people across the board!

Most of us know that to improve our weight and therefore our body, the two biggest factors are how much you eat and how much you exercise.  But we at BodySmith believe that improving body confidence goes much deeper than just improving your body.

Rachel completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia in 2006 and left private practise to open BodySmith Fitness with her husband, Matt Smith, in 2014. Rachel was awarded her Black Belt and Diploma from the Japan Karate Association in 2012. Rachel spent 6 years in competitive Olympic Weightlifting and in 2006 was ranked 7th in Australia in her class.
