Elaine was having a hard time losing weight so she joined us on our program and has since discovered her weight gain triggers! Just finished the 21 Day Challenge and I got so much out of this. But the main thing I will here everytime I exercise will be, “Don’t forget to engage your core!” – This has helped my lower back pain heaps.

Friendly and welcoming, I never feel self conscious when working out here. The owners (who are local folks I might add) know their stuff and are amazing. So glad I joined and I’m always recommending this gym because it’s awesome.

The atmosphere at Bodysmith Fitness is fantastic. Having been a member of a number of gyms in the past, Bodysmith is by far the best, as the facilities and the friendly nature of the members and the staff make any new member feel right at home. There is never a need to look for a manager as Matt and Rachel are always on the floor and willing to come over and give you a hand with whatever you need. 10/10
